5. Maintenance work
The Environment Agency has finished their work in Llyn Wern and Llyn Dan Cob. Some members of the Committee have been busy clearing overhanging branches in these areas and also in the vicinity of Half Way. There is much more work to be done since much of the river has not been touched for many years.
If anyone is interested in assisting with the maintenance work please contact the Secretary.

6 The Committee
The Committee is in need of new blood, a small number of the Association's members undertake the task of running the Association for the benefit of all its members, many of whom have uncomplainingly served on the Committee for decades. During the past two years we have lost a number of members from the Committee making it difficult at times to achieve the numbers required to hold a meeting. If you can spare one evening a month 10 times a year please contact the Secretary for further information.
